Very knowledgeable mechanic (Willie) and Service Manager was very respectful and communicated the entire time I was there. I couldn't get all the work done they suggested at one time and Willie walked me through everything and explained what he would get fixed first and why. Everyone was kind, informative and very thorough. I will be going back in 2 weeks to get more work done!!

Rock and Ray were really sweet and genuinely helpful. They took the time to explain what was wrong with my car and asked the right questions to understand what was going on. As someone who doesn’t know much about cars, I really appreciated how comfortable they made me feel asking questions. It truly felt like they were there to help me figure things out rather than just get me in and out. Great experience!

I had a wonderful experience with the guys here! Brought my car in for a brake check after dealer recommended front rotors and pads be replaced and quoted me a ridiculous price. Tyrone showed me exactly how my rotors looked, explained what was wrong with my breaks and the repairs that needed to be done. He was extremely helpful and finished the repairs quickly! Chris was very kind and helpful with getting me an amazing quote, even telling me about a coupon I could use to reduce the price. Tyrone let me know my back brakes still had about a month of use left, I will definitely be returning to have those repaired!

I brought my car into Pep Boys in Sugar Land expecting a routine repair, but what I got from Tyrone was some of the best customer service and mechanical work I’ve ever experienced. From the moment he looked at my vehicle, it was obvious he knew exactly what he was doing. He took the time to explain the issue clearly, walked me through my options without any pressure, and made sure I understood what actually needed to be fixed instead of trying to upsell unnecessary work. What really stood out was his professionalism and honesty. Tyrone treated my car like it was his own and kept me updated throughout the entire process. The repair was completed faster than expected, everything was done right the first time, and my car has been running perfectly ever since. It’s rare to find a mechanic who combines technical skill, integrity, and genuine care for customers the way he does. If you’re going to Pep Boys in Sugar Land, ask for Tyrone. He’s knowledgeable, trustworthy, hardworking, and easily one of the best mechanics I’ve ever dealt with. Customer service like this deserves recognition. 10/10 experience! I’ll absolutely be coming back because of him.

I have a great experience at this sugarland Hwy 6 location. Tyrone was awesome!!! Very thorough and honest about my car needs. His suggestiions and offers were direct and to the point. I appreciated that he did not try to pressure or oversell products. More importantly I got in and out in less than 45 mins.
